MucheCo encourages everyone to become familiar with these terms and conditions, before purchasing any of the products or services we provide.
By visiting these web-sites, or by purchasing any products or services you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. SuyogComputech Ltd reserves the right to change theses terms at any time. Potential and Existing Customers are encouraged to check our Terms and Conditions from time to time to be well-informed of any changes.
1. Information about MucheCo

1.1 MucheCo treat the security of customer’s personal Information very seriously, ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times.
1.2 MucheCo does not store any credit card information anywhere on our system. Credit Cards are processed directly via PayPal and any recurring payment profiles are stored and managed by PayPal.
1.3 MucheCo will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). We may use personal information to send customers promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if a customer tell us that they are happy for this to happen.
2. Evaluation and Subscriptions
2.1 MucheCo provides evaluation periods for potential customers on certain products.
2.2 Evaluation Products are completely free of charge and free of any obligation to purchase/subscribe. They are available for evaluation purposes only. Once the evaluation period is ended, a potential client will need to subscribe to continue to use the product or service.
2.3 Payments for subscriptions are only applied once a customer has registered and subscribed for one of the software products or services provided by MucheCo. Payments will then be generated on a recurring subscription basis, based on the day a customer had originally subscribed and the chosen period. Invoices will be generated automatically for every payment, and are stored in Account Management System, allowing customers to be fully aware of payments made.
3. Subscription Downgrades, Upgrades, Refunds and Cancellations
3.1 A customer is entitled to a refund within 14 days of their initial Subscription Date. Once a refund is issued, MucheCo will delete the customer’s details/databases and will deactivate the software. MucheCo will not provide any refunds after the initial 14 day period. Any used remote training sessions are considered services rendered and are not refundable.
3.2 Customers are entitled to cancel a subscription at any time. To cancel a subscription, a customer will need to log into the Account Management System and go through the Cancellation Procedure. An account will remain active until next billing date is due, and will be deactivated thereafter.
3.2.1 If a customer cancels partway through a 6 or 12 month paid subscription, the account will be cancelled and the data will be deleted at the end of this period. Data can be deleted earlier if requested and confirmed in writing. No refunds will be issued outside of the 14-day initial Subscription period as in 3.1.
3.2.2 A customer can upgrade their subscription at any time through the Billing and Subscriptions functionality, with the exception of longer-term packages (see 3.2.3). Charges will be adjusted to account for any remaining ‘credit’, either by reducing the price or extending the subscription, as appropriate.
3.2.3 Packages selected with 6 or 12 month periods cannot be downgraded until the final month of that period.
3.3 Licences and Subscriptions are not for Resale, unless specified by a separate agreement.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 MucheCo reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all of our services, where MucheCo concludes that an account has been used inappropriately.
4.2 MucheCo will suspend or cancel access to an account which:
- contains invalid or fraudulent details;
- initiates a payment card charge back;
- attempts to resell or sublease any software or services without prior written permission;
- attempts to deny access to other users;
- uses excessive server resources;
- uses obscene, offensive or inflammatory language when contacting the company or dealing with the company on any public forum;
- infringes copyrights or trademarks;
- promotes or assists any illegal activity.
5. Changes to Subscription Cost
5.1 Subscription costs for a given plan and pricing structure are subject to change and are annually reviewed. MucheCo may increase or decrease subscription fees due to VAT changes, or as a result of changes in our business strategy, market changes, rising demand for our products and services. In case VAT is increased or decreased, MucheCo will act accordingly to adjust that VAT difference for our prices and services.
5.2 If MucheCo decide to revise prices for existing products and services, subscribed customers will not be affected for the period of 12 month from their original subscription date. After a 12 month period, revised prices will take effect. The maximum percentage for prices to be revised is a total 15% increase within a 12 month period.
5.3 From time to time, MucheCo may release entirely new pricing structures or models. If this is the case, we may move customers to them if required from an infrastructure perspective or at our discretion. In such cases, we will provide a minimum period of 3 calendar months’ notice period to allow for adjustment to the change.
6. Additional Costs for Bespoke Modules/ad-hoc Exports/remote Support and Training
6.1 When a customer requires any modules to be developed or any other activity which involves our developers' time and any costs incurred, MucheCo will raise an invoice which has to be settled prior to work commencing. Unsettled invoices will be invalidated after 20 days from the date of issue. MucheCo will not issue refunds for services rendered.
6.2 Subscriptions and their associated support provisions do not include any bespoke work, ad-hoc exports, additional remote sessions or any setup, other than those outlined in a subscription package or agreed in writing with MucheCo prior to subscribing.
6.3 Any bespoke work and modifications (examples are: scripts, exports, reports, templates, etc.) are supported on a bespoke basis and may incur further maintenance costs where work exceeds the original specification.

EULA Licence conditions
USE OF THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ASSENT TO THE FOLLOWING LICENCE CONDITIONS.
1. Grant of Licence
"SuyogComputech Limited" gives you nonexclusive non-transferable right to install and use this Software ("MucheCo") FOR A UNLIMITED PERIOD OF TIME OR EVALUATION PURPOSES. To use the Software for unlimited time or for any professional or commercial purpose, you must obtain an appropriate Licence from "MucheCo" (see http://www.mucheco.com).
You are not allowed to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software;
- manipulate or alter the components that make up this software in ANY way;
- repackage the files that come with this software;
- make the software publicly or privately available (including, but not limited to, uploading to publicly accessible archives, mirroring and distribution of the software on CD-ROM, floppy disk or similar media) unless specifically and explicitly Licensed by the author to do so;
- use parts of this software that come in source code format in order to make alterations to or modifications to the Software to produce varied or modified products.
- Use the Software for any re-sale purposes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Software throughout the world belong to SuyogComputech Limited and that rights in the Software are Licensed (not sold) to you.
4. Limited Warranty and Liability
SuyogComputech Limited warrants that the Software will, when properly used, perform substantially in accordance with the functions described in the online documentation for a period of 30 days from the date of subscription of the Software.
In no event shall SuyogComputech Limited or any other party who may redistribute the software be liable to you for any loss arising out of the use or inability to use the software (including, but not limited to, loss of data, data being rendered inaccurate, loss of business profits, loss of business information, business interruptions, loss sustained by you or third parties, or a failure of the software to operate with any other software) or any indirect or consequential loss or damage even if the author, copyright holder, or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Other than the losses set out above (for which SuyogComputech Limited is not liable), SuyogComputech Limited’s maximum aggregate liability is equal to the Licence Fee paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in this Licence will exclude or limit SuyogComputech Limited’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from SuyogComputech Limited’s negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded by English law.
THE PUBLISHER AND AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE (SUYOG COMPUTECH LTD) CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGE ARISING THROUGH INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR INABILITY TO USE IT FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
5. Termination violation or non-acceptance of any of the above licence conditions immediately and unconditionally terminates your licence.
